In order to get to Mt. Umunhum, you must first find Mt. Umunhum Road. From Camden Ave. in San Jose, turn west onto Hicks Road. Go past Shannon Road and Guadalupe Reservoir. After some elevation gain, you’ll come to a rest area at a 4-way intersection and Mt. Umunhum Road to the right.
